COVID-19 Update

Our practice will reopen for patient treatment on May 18.

COVID-19 has been a very difficult time for all of us. Many of you have been forced to wait for dental care, and we deeply appreciate your understanding while we kept our office closed to help control the spread of the coronavirus.

We’re happy to announce that West Chester Dental Arts will reopen on Monday, May 18, 2020 to treat all our patients for essential treatment.

Please note that as a result of COVID-19, we have updated some of our daily procedures. You’ll still receive the same great service from our dedicated team, however to ensure the safety of all our patients we’ve implemented the following changes:

  • Installation of full building HEPA filtration
  • Enhanced screening tools prior to entering building (see details below)
  • Social distancing, by implementing measures to limit number of staff and patients in the building at any one time
  • Following enhanced PPE measures as defined by the CDC and DOH at no additional charge
Upon Your Arrival at the Office
  • Please wear your own mask into and out of the office as well as sanitize your hands as you enter and leave the office space.

During Treatment
  • All rooms will be COMPLETELY sterilized before each patient is seated, and public areas, including restrooms, will be cleaned and sterilized frequently throughout the day.
  • All operatories have high-volume air filtration and purification units. The units are capable of removing particles smaller than COVID-19 viruses.
  • Our team will STRICTLY follow guidelines set forth by the CDC, OSHA, and ADA in regards to personal protective equipment (PPE) and office sterilization.
  • During patient care, goggles or face shields will be worn by everyone and changed between patients.
