  • If I have dental insurance, how does your office utilize my personal plan?

Our office is an out-of-network provider for ALL PPO insurance networks. We DO NOT accept HMO and DMO plans. However, you can still visit us if your insurance plan allows you to choose your own dentist and receive top-quality care from a dentist that best fits your needs.

This is how it works: Simply provide us with your current dental insurance information. Upon checking in, we will collect the total cost of treatment for that visit. As a courtesy, once treatment is completed, we will send the claim to your insurance company. We only submit claims to dental PPO plans. Your dental insurance will send you reimbursement based on their fee schedule for out-of-network dentists.
